Write For Us

BHTNews publishes practical articles on AI, technology, and business. If you know a subject well and can explain it clearly to a busy reader, we’d like to hear from you. This page covers what we accept, how to pitch, and how links and credit work.

Most of our readers are business owners, managers, marketers, founders, IT and operations staff, and students. They want specific answers: which tool to use, what it costs, how something works, what to do next.

Topics We Accept

We accept guest posts in three areas. A specific, timely angle gets a faster yes than a broad one.

AreaExamples
AITool comparisons, how businesses use AI, workflows, plain-language explainers on new developments
TechnologySoftware and app guides, cybersecurity, cloud, computers, mobile, coding tutorials, tech fixes
BusinessStartups, marketing, SEO, e-commerce, finance for small business, management, remote work, productivity

We also run software and product reviews and comparisons. A review needs first-hand use: show what you tested, how long you used it, and what you found, with screenshots or notes you took. If you received the product free or earn money from links to it, tell us in your pitch so we can disclose it to readers.

What We Don’t Publish

We don’t publish content about gambling, betting, lotteries, loans, debt, insurance, adult content, dating, vaping, alcohol, pharmacy products, CBD, weapons, hate content, or misleading or dangerous products and services. We also don’t take health or other topics outside AI, technology, and business. Please don’t send them.

What We Look For

Quality

  • Original and unpublished. That includes your own blog, Medium, and LinkedIn.
  • Written by you, from your own knowledge and research. You may use tools for spelling or grammar. If you used AI for anything beyond that, tell us in your submission. Articles that are mass-produced, spun, or generated without real expertise will be declined.
  • Substance over length. Most accepted articles run 1,200 words or more, and in-depth guides often run 1,500 to 2,500. We don’t accept thin pieces under 1,000 words that add nothing new.
  • Claims backed by data, studies, or primary sources, with dates on anything that changes, such as prices.
  • No invented statistics, quotes, case studies, or personal stories.

Structure and Style

  • A clear opening that answers the main question early, then logical H2 and H3 headings.
  • Plain, active language with contractions. Be the expert without the corporate talk.
  • Use your topic’s keyword where it fits naturally. Please don’t force it into the intro or headings.
  • A short FAQ is welcome when it answers real reader questions. It’s optional.
  • Include a suggested meta title and meta description if you can. We may rewrite them.

Links

  • Up to two outbound links in the article body, to credible sources that support a specific claim. Not to your own site, a competitor’s, or a product page.
  • One link in your author bio, to your website, portfolio, or LinkedIn. Bio links carry rel=”nofollow”.
  • No links to gambling, adult, payday loan, or other low-quality sites.
  • No promotional copy in the article. Brand mentions belong in your bio.
  • Images must be royalty-free or your own, with credit. If you have none, we’ll add them.

What You Get

  • Your byline, photo, and a short bio on the article and on your author page.
  • Light editing and formatting from our editorial team.
  • Promotion of your article on our social channels.
  • A readership interested in AI, technology, and business.

How to Submit a Guest Post

  1. Pitch first. Send 2 to 3 sentences on your topic, a headline idea, the reader question it answers, and a short outline. Please don’t send a full article before we reply.
  2. Wait for our reply. We aim to answer pitches within 1 to 2 business days. If we like the idea, we’ll send any notes.
  3. Send your draft as a Google Doc (with comment access) or a .docx file. Include your bio (50 to 80 words, one link), a note on any AI tools used, and any relationship with products you mention.
  4. Editorial review. We check drafts within 1-2 business days and send feedback or confirm it’s moving forward.
  5. Publication. We’ll tell you the go-live date and send the final link.

Guest Posting FAQ

Can I submit an article already published on my blog?

No. We only accept original content that hasn’t appeared anywhere else, including your site, Medium, or LinkedIn.

How many links can I include?

Up to two outbound links in the body, to credible sources that support a claim, and one link in your author bio. Bio links are nofollow.

Do you accept AI-generated content?

No. We want articles written from real expertise. Tell us if you used AI for anything beyond spelling or grammar. We review every submission ourselves, and we don’t decline an article on a detector score alone.

How long does review take?

We aim to reply to pitches in 1 to 2 business days and review full drafts within three business days.

Can I pitch more than one category?

Yes. Each pitch is reviewed on its own, whether it’s AI, technology, or business.

Will you edit my article?

Yes, lightly, for grammar, clarity, formatting, and SEO. We won’t change the core meaning without asking you.

Can I link to my product in the article?

No. Promotional links aren’t allowed in the body. Your author bio can hold one link.

Can I update or remove my article after publication?

You can request factual corrections by email. We keep published articles in our archive, and may update or remove pieces when needed.

Do you accept sponsored posts?

Sponsored content is separate from editorial guest posts. It’s clearly labeled, its links use rel=”sponsored”, and it’s covered on our Disclosure page. Mention it in your email, and we’ll share terms.

What if my pitch is rejected?

We’ll tell you, and sometimes suggest changes. We don’t hold rejected topics, so you can pitch them elsewhere.
